What You’ll Learn
This isn’t a sit-and-watch class — it’s hands-on, guided training taught in real time by a certified instructor.
Topics include:
- Pet First Aid fundamentals
- Rescue breathing and CPR for dogs and cats
- Handling and transporting injured pets
- Treating wounds and applying bandages
- Recognizing poisoning symptoms and how to respond
- Performing head-to-tail health checks
- Managing heat- and cold-related emergencies
- Identifying respiratory distress, trauma, and shock
Course Format
- 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) – 4 hours each day
- Live via Zoom – interactive, real-time learning
- Private setting – one-on-one session with instructor
- 2-year certification awarded upon successful completion
No recordings. No shortcuts. This course is taught live to ensure you truly learn and practice the skills — not just watch them.
Requirements for Certification
To earn your 2-year certification in Pet First Aid & CPR, participants must:
- Actively participate in hands-on simulations
- Answer questions during the session
- Pass the end-of-course quiz
- Attend the full duration of both sessions
Tuition
$125 total (covers both days) + tax
Attendance on both days is required — no exceptions.
Applicable Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.712%) is calculated and added at checkout.
Each registration covers one participant only. No guests, shared attendance, or unpaid observers permitted. Every participant must be registered to join the training.
